Serving Boca Raton

You notice a little blood when you brush, or your gums look like they've pulled back from a tooth that suddenly feels sensitive. Maybe a dentist mentioned "pockets" at your last cleaning, or you've been quietly working around a missing back tooth for years. These are the moments that bring Boca Raton residents through our doors — not emergencies, usually, but small signals that something in the foundation of your smile needs attention. Gum tissue and jawbone hold everything else in place, and caring for them early is almost always simpler than waiting.
We built our practice around the periodontal needs of this part of South Florida, serving patients across Boca Raton along with neighbors in Deerfield Beach, Highland Beach, and Delray Beach. That focus matters. Instead of splitting attention across every area of dentistry, we concentrate on the gums, the bone beneath them, and the dental implants that depend on both. A board-certified periodontist is on staff, and our care is shaped by that specialized training every day.
You do not need a referral to see us. Many Boca Raton patients come to us through their general dentist, and we're glad to work alongside that dentist throughout treatment. Others find us on their own after researching gum recession, loose teeth, or implant options. Either path is welcome, and either way we start the same: with a conversation about what you've noticed, what concerns you, and what you'd like your mouth to feel like a year from now.
A first visit is largely diagnostic and unhurried. We evaluate gum tissue, measure the depth of the spaces around each tooth, and assess the bone supporting them. From there we explain what we found in plain language — what's healthy, what's changing, and what your realistic choices are. We'd rather you leave understanding your condition than holding a treatment plan you can't explain to your spouse at dinner.
Treatment then follows the picture we've built together. Gum disease treatment addresses active infection and inflammation first. Where tissue has already been lost, gum grafting can restore coverage and protect exposed roots. Periodontal regeneration works to rebuild what disease has taken from the supporting structures. When bone volume is the limiting factor, bone grafting and ridge augmentation prepare the site so that implants have something solid to anchor into.
For patients replacing teeth, we place single dental implants as well as implant-supported bridges and implant-supported dentures. Full-arch solutions including All-on-4, All-on-6, All-on-X, full arch, and full mouth dental implants are available for those rebuilding an entire upper or lower jaw. On the cosmetic side, gum contouring reshapes an uneven or gummy smile line, and crown-lengthening exposes more tooth structure when a tooth needs to be restored properly.
Why Boca Raton Families Choose Us
Our on-site dental lab is one of the practical reasons patients stay with us through long treatment plans. Having lab work in the same building shortens communication, allows for closer collaboration on fit and appearance, and keeps more of your care under one roof instead of spread across outside vendors and extra appointments.
The other reason is continuity. Periodontal and implant care isn't a single appointment — it's a sequence, often spread over months. Here's what patients can generally expect from us along the way:
- A thorough evaluation before any treatment is recommended
- Clear explanations of each option, including what's involved and why
- Coordination with your general dentist when you have one
- Preparatory procedures such as bone grafting when a site needs them first
- Implant maintenance and ongoing oral hygiene care after treatment is complete
That last point is where a lot of long-term success lives. Implants and restored gum tissue need consistent professional attention, and we'd much rather see you regularly for maintenance than meet again around a preventable problem.
Payment, Insurance, and Getting Started
We are an out-of-network, fee-for-service practice and do not take insurance. We do, however, file insurance claims as a Specialist on your behalf, which can help you pursue reimbursement directly from your carrier under your plan's out-of-network benefits. We also welcome self-pay and cash patients, and we'll go over the cost of your recommended treatment with you before anything begins so there are no surprises.
Getting started is straightforward: call our office and tell us what's going on. Whether you're a longtime Boca Raton resident, newly settled here, or coming from a neighboring coastal community, we'll schedule an evaluation and give you an honest picture of where your gums and bone stand — and what, if anything, needs to happen next.
