Serving Delray Beach

Maybe it started with a little blood in the sink while brushing. Or a tooth that suddenly felt loose, a gumline that looks lower than it did a few years ago, or a dentist mentioning "pockets" during a cleaning. For many Delray Beach residents, that's the moment gum health stops being an afterthought. We see patients at every point along that path — some in the early stages of gum disease, others who have already lost teeth and want to know what replacing them actually involves.
We are a periodontal practice, which means gums, supporting bone, and dental implants are what we do all day. Delray Beach patients come to us from across the area, along with neighbors in Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, and Highland Beach. You do not need a referral to be seen here. If you have been putting off a conversation about bleeding gums or a failing tooth because you weren't sure where to start, you can call us directly.
Our care falls into two broad categories that often overlap. The first is treating and rebuilding gum and bone health: gum disease treatment, gum grafting to cover receding tissue, periodontal regeneration, bone grafting, and ridge augmentation to restore volume where bone has thinned. The second is replacing teeth with dental implants, from a single implant to implant-supported bridges and dentures to full arch and full mouth solutions, including All-on-4, All-on-6, and All-on-X. We also handle crown lengthening, cosmetic gum contouring for patients bothered by an uneven or gummy smile, oral hygiene care, and ongoing implant maintenance after treatment is complete.
Your first visit is a conversation and an evaluation, not a sales pitch. We look at your gums, measure the health of the tissue and bone around each tooth, review any imaging, and talk through what we find in plain language. Many people arrive unsure whether they have mild inflammation or advanced disease, and that distinction changes everything about the plan. We want you to leave knowing which situation you are in.
From there, we build a sequence. Gum disease treatment usually comes first, because healthy tissue is the foundation for anything that follows. If bone has been lost, bone grafting or ridge augmentation may be needed before an implant can be placed. If gums have receded, grafting can protect the root and improve both comfort and appearance. Some patients need one procedure. Others need a staged plan over several months, and we will tell you up front which one you are looking at so you can plan around work, travel, and family commitments.
Why Delray Beach Families Choose Our Office
A board-certified periodontist is on staff, and we file insurance claims as a specialist. We also keep an on-site dental lab, which matters more than it sounds. Having lab work handled in-house gives us tighter control over fit and appearance and keeps communication direct during implant and full-arch cases rather than routing it through an outside facility.
Beyond credentials and equipment, people tend to stay with us because the experience is straightforward. Here is what you can expect:
- A clear explanation of your gum and bone condition, including what caused it
- A written treatment sequence with the reasoning behind each step
- Direct access to our office without needing a referral from another dentist
- Implant options ranging from a single tooth to a full arch, discussed side by side
- Long-term implant maintenance and hygiene support after treatment ends
That last point is the one patients underestimate. Implants and grafted tissue need care. We follow our patients afterward, monitor the tissue around implants, and keep hygiene on a schedule that fits your risk level.
Insurance, Financing, and Payment
We are an out-of-network, fee-for-service office and do not take insurance. We accept self-pay and cash patients, and we file claims as a specialist so you have the documentation you need for your own reimbursement process where applicable.
We would rather be upfront about this than have you discover it at checkout. Before any treatment begins, we go over the specific procedures in your plan and what they cost, so you can decide what to move forward with and in what order. For staged treatment, that often means spacing care in a way that works financially as well as clinically.
Getting Started
Call our office to schedule a periodontal evaluation. Tell us what you are noticing — bleeding, looseness, recession, a missing tooth, or a recommendation from another dentist — and we will make sure the right amount of time is set aside.
If you are coming from Delray Beach or one of the surrounding coastal communities we serve, you are welcome here whether you have a referral or not. The earlier we look at gum problems, the more options you have.
